How did I get here?
I’m Sunita de Tourreil, and I’ve worn many hats so far. I’ve worked in medical research alongside a Nobel Laureate, studied the genetics of childhood kidney cancer, I’ve built and led my own businesses, fostering community and customer-funded innovation in the craft chocolate industry. I’ve tended to dying patients and their families, and I held my father—and was held by him—as he took his final breaths.
I am also a mother, sister, partner, and friend. Divorced—and proud of it.
All of these experiences have shaped how I listen, how I bring presence, and how I support women in their own healing. I have learned to turn towards rage, grief and despair, and how to get comfortable with uncertainty.
My work with women is grounded not simply in theories, but in lived experience: learning to trust the body’s wisdom, to meet suffering with compassion, and to find strength not through pushing harder, but through listening more deeply. This is the work I now devote myself to—walking alongside women as they reconnect with themselves and discover what becomes possible when they are deeply seen and supported.
The bumps along the road I have traveled have been my biggest opportunities for growth, fulfillment and freedom.
They can be for you too.
“Sunita’s presence, intuitive nature and skillful way of guiding women through darkness and back into the light is like nothing I’ve ever experienced. Exquisite!”

“In the last 5 years I have learned about myself in a very soft and gentle way. I have gained strength to move forward with issues that scared me before. I have discovered tools to feel at peace and to identify places (real or figurative) where I can rest and recharge. I was able to face wounds and old stories in my mind without judgment, just with love. Understanding the “why” liberates us, and we can move forward more happily and freely.”
