January 2026: I am opening a new circle, and there are a couple of spots left:
Wednesdays 11:15-1:15pm Pacific Time (20:15-22:15 CET) starting February 18th, 2026*
There will be 5 women per circle, and the circle will close once we get our core group.
The monthly cost is $200 USD (or equivalent) and includes a group thread that provides community support between the weekly sessions.
The loose shape of the 2 hrs:
an embodiment practice
short check in for each woman
explore an inquiry sent prior to the session
OR, emergent, flexible space for what is coming up in life- life is the best teacher
*One welcome session the week of January 26th, to meet and be together before our mid-February 2026 start.
Simple Tools, Practice Together.
In my couple of decades of deep work, the tools are very simple, but they aren’t easy to LIVE. Just like any sport or new activity, we need to practice. Learning together, and seeing each other try and stumble, in the safe space of our healing circle, allows us to make big shifts that we never thought would have been possible.
I have seen again and again how women inspire and catalyze each other to heal. In my experience, there is nothing more powerful than healing in community and in relationship.

Setting aside two hours a week is an act of care and devotion—to yourself and to your well-being. Life happens, of course, and that is exactly why we meet weekly. It’s far easier to stay connected and supported when the rhythm is steady, even if a week is missed here and there.
This is more than self-care. It is the slow, meaningful work of building resilience, steadiness, and trust—in yourself and in others.
The more consistently you come, the safer the space feels, the deeper the relationships grow, and the more nourishing this circle becomes for you.

You need to be well resourced in order to care and carry as much as you do. You are someone others rely on, when you are supported, it quietly ripples out to everyone you love. When you are not well resourced, you slowly deplete yourself until you get sick, resentful and irritated. And for many, brought to your knees with suffering or illness.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, worried about the future, having a hard time letting go of your kids as they head off to college, or have anxiety and feelings of despair… gathering in community with intention and guidance can be profoundly soothing.
It can be difficult to talk about your struggles at every day social gatherings, so this is a safe outlet to share what is hard and come to realize that all of us are dealing with similar struggles. Suddenly the vulnerability and shame that was so heavy, dissipates. It is so simple, and profoundly liberating.
“This Women’s Circle has provided (for nearly 5 years) a weekly check-in on myself, a deeper learning of where I am at & how I am evolving. This community of women, facilitated by such a compassionate being - Sunita - has created a sacred sanctuary - one that I look forward to connecting with - to share and listen to our most difficult as well as our most meaningful moments. It is a gift that keeps on giving.”
